Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Mobile Trainer to deliver structured trainings for new employees and front-line staff across multiple regions.

The role focuses on creating effective training programs, updating materials, and ensuring compliance with banking standards. Moderate travel is expected, with typical hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a bank or financial institution is highly desired.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Delivers trainings at Alpine Bank facilities (New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts, Advanced New Accounts, Customer Service Training).
• Travels to Alpine Bank locations to deliver training and perform other duties.
• Aids in developing New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts and Customer Service Training.
• Updates materials and processes for Alpine Bank's systems.
• Communicates with Training Management on problem solving, systems updates and new processes.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

General Purpose

The Mobile Trainer will facilitate training for new employees and the retail front line staff. They will aide in the development of training programs that will translate into the development of internal staff and create a competent and engaged workforce. This position will travel across all Regions as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Travels to Alpine Bank Training Facilities to deliver trainings, such as, but not limited to, New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts and Advanced New Accounts for the Retail Staff.
• Travels to Alpine Bank locations in multiple regions to deliver training and perform other duties as required.
• Aides in the development of New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, New Accounts, Advanced New Accounts and Customer Service Training.
• Assists in the updating of materials and processes for Alpine Bank's systems.
• Communicates with Training Management on problem solving, systems updates and new processes.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required as an essential function of this position.

Education or Formal Training

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent required.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Drivers' License is required.

Experience

• Two (2) or more years of related experience within a professional environment.
• Previous experience in a bank or financial institution highly desired.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.

Working Conditions

Working Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and multifunction printers.

May include prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. May include some evening hours. The Training Facilities hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Travel to all Training Facilities and bank locations will be required.

Physical Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. May spend significant time doing computer work. Physical demands of standing for long periods of time, good eyesight and hand/finger dexterity, and ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 50 pounds. Repetitive motion likely. Travel to all Alpine Bank Training Facilities and locations is required.
