Job summary

Utility Keystone seeks a skilled mobile service technician to diagnose and repair trailer and reefer units following service department processes. This role involves travel and is not a roadside emergency position.

You will perform repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality customer experience while adhering to company values.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and guide technicians on electrical, structure, chassis, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform repairs and inspections on semi-trailers and models.
• Maintain DOT inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles.

Job Summary

To diagnose and repair trailer and reefer units following service department processes, procedures, and systems while practicing UKTS’ values. This is a mobile service position. We do not provide roadside emergency repairs.

Essential Duties

• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and constant focus on daily efficiency and production.
• Perform repairs and inspections onall semi-trailermakesand models
• Perform basic and routine preventative maintenanceonvehicles, along with DOT inspections.
• Repair/Replace vehicle components.
• Open and Close repair orders oncompanyissuedlaptop.
• Managepartsinventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most SRT times.

Education and Experience

• Education - High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience/training preferred

Physical Environments

• Noise levels are moderate to high at times.

• The physical exertion is moderate to heavy. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds.
• The employee must be capable of continuously climbing up and down into a trailer.
