Job summary

RWC Group, a family-owned commercial Truck and Bus dealership with 20+ locations in the Western United States, is seeking a Trailer Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trailers in a mobile/field setting. You will perform preventive maintenance and document findings for service advisors and management.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose trailer systems.
• Hand tools and diagnostic equipment experience required.
• Welding, fabrication, and basic shop tooling familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on commercial trailers.
• Diagnose and repair trailer systems including air brakes, suspension, electrical and ABS.
• Operate shop equipment safely and document repairs performed.
