Bergey’s Inc. is seeking a skilled Mobile Trailer Technician to service Wrightsville, PA and surrounding areas. You will perform trailer maintenance, diagnose electrical and brake issues, and repair liftgates, doors, and bodies in the field with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires independent fieldwork, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to customer service. Compensation starts at $32.00 per hour and grows with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience performing trailer suspension and brake repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair trailer lighting and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in liftgate, ICC bumper, body, landing gear, and door repairs.
• Strong stick welding skills.
• Knowledge of ABS diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience with wiring diagnostics and electrical repairs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete stick welding repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company and industry safety standards.
• Accurately document repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed.
• Provide professional customer service while representing Bergey’s in the field.

This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of trailer maintenance and repair services at customer locations and within the service area. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality repairs while working independently in the field.
