Job summary

Southern Tire Mart, LLC is seeking a dedicated tire service technician in Weslaco, TX. The role involves mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger, light truck, large truck, and industrial applications.

You will troubleshoot and repair commercial vehicles and perform fleet inspections and routine maintenance checks. You will operate company vehicles safely, respond to service calls, manage inventory, and work with TPMS while adhering to safety procedures and company

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21 years or older to drive.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift/move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Able to perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and exposure to vibrations.
