Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking an experienced Mobile Test Engineer in North Carolina to lead end-to-end QA efforts, including planning, automation, execution, and reporting. The role involves guiding both manual and automation testing teams to ensure high-quality software releases while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

You will design and maintain automated test scripts, review automation quality, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manual and automation testing efforts.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar tools.
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead testing teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test strategy and plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Review and ensure quality of automation scripts.
• Coordinate work across manual and automation testers.
• Execute smoke, functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Provide status updates to client managers and stakeholders.
• Define QA metrics and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate test data and environments with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain and enhance automation framework and test suites.
• Prepare test summary reports with defect analysis and coverage.
