Job summary

National Fleet Management in the Southeast is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to run repairs on-site using a company service truck across commercial fleets.

The role offers independence and a local 50–60 mile territory, with compensation of $32–$45 per hour plus a 90-day pay guarantee and performance-based pay for experience and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Diesel technician experience, mobile experience a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Compensation

$32 - $45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)

Our performance based pay structure rewards productivity, quality workmanship, and experience.

Top Mobile Technician earned $164,135 in 2025.

Average Mobile Technician earns over $100,000 annually.

We also offer a 90-day pay guarantee to help you transition into the role with confidence contingent on acceptance of offer.

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you'll work independently from a company-provided service truck performing repairs where our customers need you most.
