Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a STONE COUNTERTOP INSTALLER (1099 SUB-CONTRACTOR) to join our network across Montana. The role entails traveling to client sites to install stone countertops, reading layouts, and delivering top-quality workmanship with professional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of installation experience, ownership of tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of stone countertop installation experience.
• Must have liability insurance and workers' comp coverage.
• Able to read and understand custom layouts.
• Provide own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes/business to install stone countertops.
• Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a high-quality pattern.
• Remove old stone, tile, grout and adhesive and clean the surface.
• Follow specifications for installation of new stone including precise measurements and fit around obstacles.
• Remove and replace cracked or damaged countertops.
• Other duties as assigned.
