Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to represent Verizon at our store. You will help shoppers by providing personalized mobile solutions and delivering memorable customer experiences while leveraging ongoing training on the latest Verizon products and services.

In addition to hourly base pay, you can earn performance bonuses for activated devices. Earn up to $30 for new line activations and up to $10 for line upgrades and peripheral devices.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in customer service, sales or related fields

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide complete mobile solutions and create positive experiences
• Stay current on promotional initiatives and use available tools to drive growth
• Discover customers' current and long-term tech needs and generate future opportunities
• Participate in ongoing learning to improve skills and knowledge of Verizon products
• Maintain department merchandising and organization
• Must be at least 18 years old
