Job summary

TikTok is seeking talented students for an internship focused on mobile feature development and the delivery of engaging E-commerce experiences on mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver intuitive and reliable mobile solutions, participate in design and debugging, and explore performance improvements while applying AI-assisted development tools under experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one mobile development language such as Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Familiarity with software development fundamentals and the core concepts of iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Understanding of basic mobile development concepts such as app lifecycle, UI fundamentals, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building mobile features and E-commerce experiences on mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to help deliver intuitive and reliable mobile solutions.
• Participate in technical design, implementation, and debugging of mobile features and application components.
• Explore opportunities to improve app performance, code quality, and development practices.
• Learn about and experiment with on-device AI or mobile intelligence capabilities in a real-world production environment.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools and mobile engineering best practices under the guidance of experienced engineers.
