Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is hiring a mobile Tire Service Technician to perform roadside and on-site tire service with a fully equipped service truck. You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for various vehicle types and diagnose tire-related issues while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy tires, operate TPMS/diagnostic tools, and travel to jobs. OT may be required, with benefits including health and retirement plans and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Possible overtime may be required.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of service details and timelines.
• Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
