Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a mobile service technician to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles at client sites. You will travel to customer locations and deliver high-quality service that keeps vehicles running smoothly.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance such as filters, engine work, recalls, and minor services at the customer\'s location. A strong focus on safety and efficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience
• ASE certification preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, minor services at the customer\'s location.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
