Job summary

St. Charles Automotive Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our field-based team in Missouri. You’ll operate a fully equipped service van, performing light maintenance and repairs at customer locations with independence and direct customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
• ASE certifications are a plus and supported by training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile service van to perform maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, recalls, and software updates.
• Document repair orders and follow MPI/VCU processes.
• Coordinate with Mobile Service Coordinator and Advisors to schedule parts and jobs.
• Uphold safety standards and represent the dealership in the field.
