Job summary

St. Charles Automotive Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our field-based team in Missouri. You’ll operate a fully equipped service van, performing light maintenance and repairs at customer locations with independence and direct customer interaction.

Qualifications

Automotive technician experience (1–3 years preferred).
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willing to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
ASE certifications are a plus and supported by training.

Responsibilities

Operate a mobile service van to perform maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, recalls, and software updates.
Document repair orders and follow MPI/VCU processes.
Coordinate with Mobile Service Coordinator and Advisors to schedule parts and jobs.
Uphold safety standards and represent the dealership in the field.
