Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Design, Experience Design, Design Strategy, UX/UI, or related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with competitive analysis, competitive audits, or comparative experience research.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating mobile experience work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive audits across primarily mobile digital experiences.
  • Capture and analyze end-to-end customer flows, interaction patterns, and content.
  • Identify patterns and best practices across products and competitors.
  • Connect customer experiences with broader business and marketing context.
  • Turn observations into actionable commentary and recommendations.
  • Create journey maps, experience maps, and competitive analysis documentation.
  • Help build a reusable system for organizing and sharing competitive knowledge.
  • Present findings through clear documentation and visual narratives.
  • Partner across Design, Marketing, Research, Product, and business teams.
