Job summary

Signal is seeking a Patrol Officer to perform mobile security duties across courtyards, offices, pools and high-value areas. You will operate a patrol vehicle, prepare clear reports, and ensure post orders are followed with a focus on safety and service.

  • Effective planning and execution of daily patrol duties within deadlines.
  • Understanding company metrics and driving performance while managing time on property.
  • Clear communication with clients, team members and management; timely feedback and follow-up.
  • Daily task execution and reporting of maintenance needs for company assets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mobile security patrols (foot/vehicle) in designated areas per post orders.
  • Write detailed, accurate reports using company tech and apps for each shift.
  • Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow instructions and dress code.
  • Interact with clients and on-site staff to foster a service-focused relationship.
  • Report client or property concerns to Patrol Supervisor promptly.
  • Manage assigned patrol vehicle maintenance (fuel, wash, interior cleanliness).
  • Care for Signal equipment (radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, devices).
  • Meet daily benchmarks and report quality and service levels to supervisor.
  • De-escalate incidents professionally and promptly.
  • Communicate updates on client needs and route changes to ensure efficiency.
