You will patrol, monitor access, and provide quality customer service at a logistics location, with a focus on deterring incidents through visible presence and teamwork.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for driving positions, a high school diploma, and successful background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state or local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions and communicate to site leadership.
