Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Eastvale, CA to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor areas, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This full-time, unarmed role requires a valid driver's license, being 18+ (21+ for armed variants), a high school diploma, and passing background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, building entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe truck, trailer, employee, visitor, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
