Job summary

Allied Universal in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Vehicle Patrol Operations at a fast-paced logistics site. You will provide customer service, deter security incidents, and monitor access points while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

This role is primarily a driving post with a Mon-Fri 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM schedule and a pay rate of $14.60 per hour. You must have at least one year of security experience, be 18+ (21+ if armed), and complete background

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Regular and random patrols of distribution buildings, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor activity at access points in accordance with site procedures.
• Document observations and communicate with site leadership and management.
