Duties

• Monitor flow of people and crowd control at various areas by using practices and methods of safety.
• Handle escalated guest issues by focusing on de-escalation tactics and developing effective solutions.
• Provide excellent guest service to not only patrons, but also vendors, concessionaires, employees, and sponsorship.
• Meet and work effectively with various departments to obtain information and to resolve any pressing issues, ensures adequate staffing levels are met.
• Work closely with law enforcement, first aid, dispatch, and other various Public Safety team members to ensure pertinent information is shared and sees that the fairgrounds are a safe venue for all guests and employees.

• Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).
