Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization and logs.
