Job summary

Mobile Officer at Securitas USA in Portland, OR, is responsible for maintaining safety across multiple client locations through vehicle patrols, site inspections, and a visible security presence. You will deter incidents, respond to concerns, and ensure adherence to site policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid OR driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report with no speeding tickets, accidents, or moving violations within the last three years.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to obtain any required state security licensing and certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle patrols and security inspections at multiple client locations.
• Monitor properties and facilities to identify security, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Enforce client policies, site procedures, and security regulations.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual incidents.
• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

As a Mobile Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of multiple client locations through vehicle-based patrols, site inspections, and security presence. What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, or other security-related certifications.

Compensation Information

Pay Range:

$22.00/hr

Actual compensation is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, work location, applicable laws, and business needs.

Work Environment

This position requires frequent vehicle patrols between client locations and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions. Mobile Officers must maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and operate a motor vehicle for extended periods.
• Ability to walk, stand, and conduct facility inspections.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
