You’ll participate in a team environment, support events, fill online orders, and handle inbound and outbound calls as part of a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, and staying flexible will help you meet evolving customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training will be provided to help you meet goals.
