Red Wing Shoe Company is hiring for a full-time position operating a mobile shoe showroom. You will engage customers with the Ultimate Fit Experience, guide product choices, and ensure smooth daily operations of the mobile unit and warehouse stock.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment with occasional travel and DOT compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience/training.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to provide top customer service.
• Strategic thinking, planning, problem solving.
• Team and collaboration orientation.
• Effective written/verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote RWSC image through professional selling and customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with post-sale support.
• Conduct daily stock/maintenance for the mobile unit and truck.
• Assist with loading/unloading stock and inventory control.
• Guide customers through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX).
• Collaborate with the team on daily truck runs and routing.
