Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
• Ability to work independently in field-based territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfort with travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduled shoe truck visits.
• Help employees select safety footwear that meets company requirements and personal comfort needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through relationship building and personalized service.
• Build trust with customers and strengthen long‑term account relationships.
• Process transactions, collect required signatures, and complete customer purchases accurately.
• Assist with exchanges, returns, and customer follow‑up as needed.
