Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to represent major brands and work at various retail venues within 90 miles. The role emphasizes independence, timely execution, and accurate documentation using mobile apps.

With pay at $16.50 per hour, this position requires a personal vehicle, valid license, and the ability to travel; hours are flexible and scheduling depends on client needs. Background checks, MVR, and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using hand tools and technology.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 90 miles from residence to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
• Representatives are responsible for keeping availability updated and accuracy.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install, build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site.
• Maintain displays according to planograms/client requests.
• Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and team-based installations; provide feedback.
