Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable Retail Display Installers to serve Cincinnati area locations. You will install and service displays, end caps, and fixtures, following client planograms and merchandising directives.

The role requires a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel up to 90 miles from home. Hours are flexible with a Monday–Friday schedule; training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide a reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
• Able to climb ladders up to 10 feet and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photos/data.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow planograms (POG).

Responsibilities

• Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours).
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete forms/images/surveys for each job before leaving site.
• Maintain displays according to planograms and client requests.
