2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our field team in Austin, TX.

You will work independently on installation, merchandising, and display maintenance for major brands, traveling up to 90 miles from home as assignments arise. Applicants must own a reliable vehicle, hold a valid driver's license and insurance, pass background and drug screenings, and be comfortable using mobile apps to document work and update planograms

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Experience with installation and merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Capture and upload photos documenting work via mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and professional client representation.
