Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team. You will represent leading brands across multiple retail venues within 90 miles, installations and resets, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Role requires driving, background checks, and a flexible schedule; pay is $18/hour with a structured schedule Monday–Friday. Benefits include next-day pay, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and merchandising displays at retail locations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for assembly and fixture installation.
• Ability to follow planograms and client directives.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, displays, and endcaps.
• Complete retail resets and store remodels.
• Follow client directives and planograms with accuracy.
• Capture photos documenting completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain safe and organized work area while representing the client.
