Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. You will travel within 90 miles, install fixtures, and ensure top-quality merchandising for leading brands.

The role offers a flexible, Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to work on varied retail projects. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient with hand and power tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client merchandising directives.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment.
• Capture and upload photos of completed work with a mobile device.
