Job summary

2020 Companies seeks reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to service leading brands across the CT/New London area. You will install fixtures, resets, and displays at various retail venues within a 90-mile radius, coordinating with clients to ensure high-quality execution.

Flexible, Monday–Friday scheduling with assignments from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; hours vary based on client needs. A valid drivers license, vehicle, and drug screening are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence to complete assignments.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday with hours based on assignments (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to field services management (within 24 hours).
• Fully complete all assigned jobs by scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing per planograms.
• Document job progress via forms/images/surveys before leaving site.
• Maintain displays according to client requests and timelines.
