Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a company van and perform on-site repairs of smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics. You’ll provide convenient, high-quality service with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.

Preferred candidates have experience in electronics repair, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage a daily route.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
