Job summary

Total Balance Physical Therapy and Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess patients and design personalized treatment plans across homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and stay current with PT practices. A ND/MN license or eligibility is required; new grads are encouraged to apply, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (ND and MN) or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in home health care, outpatient therapy, or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to patient needs.
