Job summary

Key Basis IV & Wellness is expanding its South Florida IV therapy and wellness service. Independent contractors travel to clients’ homes, offices, and hotels to perform IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, vitamin shots, and lab draws.

You’ll build a personal client book while delivering concierge-level care in Broward County and Boca Raton. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and initiative, with two set days weekly and scheduling two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Hospital experience with hundreds of IV starts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable car and auto insurance that covers business use.
• Available for at least two set days per week, scheduled two weeks ahead.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapy at clients’ homes, offices, and hotels.
• Maintain a premium concierge level of care at every appointment.
• Document each appointment accurately and promptly.
• Manage inventory and monitor supplies to minimize waste.
• Travel within Broward County and into Boca Raton.
• Build a regular client book with repeat appointments.

Please do not apply if

• You have minimal hospital experience, or you want this job to get IV experience.
• You don't know how to start an IV, or you have not started hundreds of them.
• You are looking to pick up a part time job for a month and then drop it.
• You can't commit to at least two set days every week.

What we expect from you

• At least two set days a week, for example every Tuesday and Thursday. You are welcome to add more days than that, and we appreciate it when you do. Your days can change from month to month.
• Your schedule goes in two weeks ahead.Every week, you add your days for the week two weeks out. For example, during the first week of the month, you add your days for the third week. If something changes later, that is fine. Let us know, then edit, move or remove the times. Adding the schedule two weeks ahead is not optional.
• Care with inventory.Each time you resupply, you are trusted with a couple thousand dollars of our inventory. Manage it so nothing goes to waste: use the oldest stock first, keep track of dates, and tell us early when something is close to expiring so we can move it to a nurse who will use it in time. We won't hold it against you if something expires, but we expect you to be mindful of it, stay on top of it and be considerate, because we are running a business and expired stock is money the company loses.
