Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a field service technician to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment across assigned territories. You will travel regularly in a company vehicle, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates reliably while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aptitude, with 1–3 years of technical experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• 1 to 3 years of general technical experience or vocational training.
• Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience.
• Prior diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with mobile devices and software to document service calls and access resources.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• 1+ years Refrigeration/HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical experience preferred.
• HVAC certification or vocational certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment.
• Maneuver equipment to perform maintenance on cold drink equipment.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment following company standards.
• Ensure the vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation and complete Health & Safety training.
• Other duties as assigned.
