Job summary

Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring a Mobile Refrigeration Technician in Richmond, VA. You will diagnose and repair trailer refrigeration units, perform preventative maintenance, and document repairs using our system.

The role also includes service-truck trailer repair and telematics work, with earning potential up to $37/hour and annual bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, and on-the-job training to keep you sharp.

Qualifications

• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Transport refrigeration technician experience is required.
• Trailer repair experience and ability to perform DOT inspections is required; 608 Certification is required.
• Welding experience with steel and aluminum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair trailer refrigeration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Conduct routine telematics repairs and inspections.
• Accurately track and document repairs using our computer system.
• Inspect and repair reefer units as well as full trailer repair from a service truck.
