Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years in railcar maintenance or manufacturing; relevant welding/valve/fastener experience.
• Ability to read engineered drawings.
• Welding/valve/mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to learn major railcar components and AAR rules.

Aufgaben

• Conduct railcar inspections to ensure compliance.
• Perform repairs per current procedures.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, inspections, and work orders.
• Assist with safety assessments and equipment inspections.
• Operate within confined spaces and at heights as required.
• Mentor/train lower-level technicians as needed.
