Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking Radiologic Technologists to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services at nursing homes and healthcare facilities in the Charlotte area. The role requires transporting and operating portable DR/CR X-ray equipment, obtaining diagnostically acceptable images, and transmitting studies to radiologists for interpretation.

Team members will also perform EKGs when needed, handle related paperwork, and keep vehicles and equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• Performs portable X-ray exams and transmits to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unloads and handles portable radiography equipment at facilities as ordered by physician.
• Performs EKGs when needed and forwards results to Cardiologist.
• Processes related paperwork/billing documents daily per protocol.
• Maintains vehicle and X-ray equipment and communicates with dispatch.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 is required; exemptions require documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-rays using portable DR/CR radiography equipment.
• Transmit images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload equipment and bring into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams.
• Perform EKGs and transmit results to Cardiologist when required.
• Scan and manage exam-related paperwork daily.
• Maintain and service radiography equipment and vehicle.
