Job summary

Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology is seeking a dependable Radiology Technologist to operate portable radiology equipment (DR/CR) and produce diagnostic images for interpretation by Radiologists. The role involves traveling to patient sites and collaborating with dispatch and clinical staff.

Required ARRT certification and a valid driver’s license. Full-time, Monday–Thursday 12:00pm–10:30pm, with sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with medical terminology used in radiology settings.
• ARRT certification or equivalent licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable radiology equipment (DR/CR) to produce diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Travel to nursing homes, assisted livings, jails, and patients' homes to perform x-ray exams as ordered.
• Perform EKGs when needed and transmit to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Obtain and scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and clients professionally.
• Maintain and care for x-ray equipment and company vehicle.
• Train other technologists as required.
• Engage in special projects as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
