Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in Connecticut partners with Northwell Health to provide mobile radiology services across Norwalk, Stamford and Fairfield. The Mobile Radiologic Technologist performs X-ray procedures, ensures patient safety, and supports providers across multiple locations.

Requires high school diploma, ARRT certification, state licensure, BLS and travel readiness; offers competitive hourly pay, a monthly bonus, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required).
• ARRT registration required.
• Applicable state licensure as Radiologic Technologist required.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during use.
• Travel between multiple sites to provide X-ray services.
• Assist patients in mobility and positioning as needed (e.g., pushing wheelchairs).
• Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain QA/QC logs; troubleshoot breakdowns, and submit repair tickets as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness due to the traveling Mobile RT role.
