Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist for night shifts Monday through Thursday, based in Fort Collins, CO. The role involves operating portable radiology equipment, driving to nursing homes and other locations, and performing x-ray exams as ordered. EKGs may be performed and transmitted for interpretation.

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered. Requirements include ARRT certification or state licensure and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Maintain ARRT Certification and/or required State licenses, health requirements, and operational requirements.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state in good standing.
• Newly certified/licensed technologists strongly encouraged to apply.
• Operate portable radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable (DR) or (CR) radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation.
• Drive company vehicle with radiology equipment to various locations to perform x-ray exams.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to cardiologist for interpretation.
• Obtain and scan required exam-related paperwork/billing documents daily per protocol.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management.
• Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment in good condition.
• Train other technologists as required.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
