Job summary

Trident Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for late afternoon/evening shifts. You will operate portable DR radiology equipment to capture diagnostic images and drive to nursing homes, jails, and patients’ homes to perform x-ray exams as ordered by physicians.

Role includes performing EKGs if needed, scanning paperwork, and coordinating with dispatch. ARRT certification and a valid state license are required; newly licensed technologists are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Maintain ARRT Certification and required State licenses.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Maintain Driver’s license in good standing at all times.
• Newly registered/licensed technologists strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable DR radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Drive company vehicle to locations to perform x-ray exams as ordered by physician.
• Perform EKGs and transmit for interpretation if required.
• Obtain and scan exam paperwork and billing documents daily.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management.
• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment; care for equipment professionally.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
• Work independently with little supervision; be flexible and adaptable.
