Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the area. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation. Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
