The role involves bedside rounds in SNFs, nursing homes, PACE programs, and related settings, with clinical autonomy and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualified candidates will have a DPM and an active state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver podiatry at the bedside in post-acute care settings and chairside in adult day habilitation.
• Round daily at multiple facilities within designated territory.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide regular podiatry care.
• Build rapport with patients, families, facility staff, and company staff.
