Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Mobile Examiner to cover field and in-center exams, collect specimens, and ensure timely processing. The role requires extensive phlebotomy experience and strong patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, vitals, EKG, urine collections, and accurate documentation. Travel up to 25 miles may be required; benefits include a 401(k) with company match up to 5% after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience; pediatrics/geriatric patients a plus.
• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Conducts in center and mobile exams including venipuncture, vitals, urine and EKG.
• Completes paperwork; labels, centrifuges, and ships specimens per test orders.
• Maintains safe transport of specimens and accurate daily logs.
• Provides courteous customer service to clients and applicants.
• Adheres to manuals, policies and QA procedures at all times.
