Qualifications

• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience with at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.
• Prefer urine or hair follicle collection and EKG experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimens are collected accurately and timely.
• Conduct in-center and mobile exams including basic vitals.
• Maintain records of each specimen collected and submit original paperwork.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
