Griffin Health is seeking a dedicated Road Phlebotomist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will travel to healthcare facilities and other designated locations to collect blood specimens with precision, professionalism, and care.

You will perform venipuncture, label specimens, and transport them to the laboratory while maintaining patient comfort and strict adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adapt to a mobile work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all interactions.
