Job summary

Premier Medical Lab in Berkeley Township, NJ seeks a reliable Traveling Phlebotomist to join our mobile team. The role involves drawing blood in assisted living facilities and handling related administrative tasks.

This position is a part/full-time opportunity with an hourly rate of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience). A valid phlebotomy certificate and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy course with certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples as requested by assisted living facilities.
• Research test information, confirm and verify all written and electronic orders using the lab directory of services.
• Organize and process requisition forms.
• Maintain supplies.
• Keep phlebotomy work area neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Maintain a specimen log to ensure results are received by the physician in time.
• Participate in on-call rotation outside of working hours.
