Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking Health Screeners to join our team in Shreveport, LA for as-needed, event-based biometric screenings. You will perform health checks, collect samples, and record results at local companies, with morning availability required.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and will work in a fast-paced, team environment. Mileage reimbursement and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Premise Health approved phlebotomy certification or equivalent
• >100 fingersticks in last year or >200 venipunctures in last 6 months
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV, CA, WA, and LA

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing: height, weight, BP, body fat, BMI
• Blood testing via fingerstick/venipuncture in fast-paced settings
• Prepare specimens for storage/processing
• Set up/break down portable biometric stations
• Transport supplies to events (up to 20 lbs)
• Maintain logs/records per regulatory requirements
• Must have morning availability Monday–Friday for events
• Other duties as assigned
