ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, seeks a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist / Examiner to join our team. This field-based role requires traveling to homes or workplaces to perform venipunctures, vitals, and related specimen handling while maintaining patient care standards.

You will use company technology to confirm appointments and upload exams promptly, support inventory, and assist with training new team members. A valid certification and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience with 100+ successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet, computer, and printer access.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care: home or workplace exams, vitals, histories, venipunctures, urine collections, EKGs as applicable.
• Manage specimens: label, centrifuge, split, package for transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and maintain flexible schedule with high customer service quality.
• Utilize company tech to confirm appointments, update status, upload exams within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory, keep spaces clean, dispatch calls, mentor new teammates.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct Exams at individual’s homes or workplace. You’ll take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top-tier customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: Utilize a company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24–48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction.

Required Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification- based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Because this is a mobile role, flexibility and mobility are key components to your success:

Transportation:

• Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period,with none in the most recent 12 months.
