Job summary

Asset Risk Inc in Indianapolis is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients. This is a mobile position; you will receive kits at the patients' locations, so reliable transportation is a MUST. No centrifuging is needed—just collect and send.

You are paid per successful blood draw, ranging from $30-$40 per patient depending on experience. Responsibilities include prioritizing requests based on urgency, collecting patient information, choosing the correct venipuncture method,

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
• Collect patients' personal information
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood
